How to Register

 

1. To start the registration process, please click the grade levels below. You can only enroll one kid per registration. Start a new registration for a second or more kids. 

2. Follow the instructions to finish the registration. 

3. Upon checkout, fill out the registration form and acknowledge your consent to our policies before proceeding to the payment page. 

4. You can pay via your PayPal account or pay with a credit card

5. After payment is verified, you will receive a confirmation email about your registration.

6. The deadline for registration is April 15th, 2023 

 

Tuition Policy

Tuition is $450/week per student or $440/week per student if enrolled for 2 weeks, or $430/week per student if enrolled for all three weeks. We do not offer sibling discounts. We offer an optional paid lunch program. Fees for the lunch program will be announced before the first day of the camp.

Refund Policy

 

Please note that due to the change of refund policy by our payment processor, a transaction fee of 3.5% will be applied to any refund processed.

By agreeing to enroll your child in the summer camp program, you acknowledge that withdrawing a child from the program can cause damage to the school that is difficult to determine. If a child fails to begin the summer camp for any reason, the deadline for a full tuition refund is May 1st, 2023. Refund requests for any amount submitted after May 1st will not be honored.

In the event that your child is unable to attend a registered class during our regular Summer Camp sessions, please notify us as soon as possible. Please be advised that no tuition refunds will be issued for student absences.

Wait List

 

Our maximum class size is 15 students per class each week.  We will have one class per age group. After reaching our enrollment capacity, we will place students on the wait list by session, age group, and application date. A camp space can become available if students already enrolled transfer or withdraw from the camp. When that space becomes available, we will contact the first in line on the waiting list. The deadline for waitlist is June 1st, 2023.
