蹴鞠
蹴鞠（Cuju） 是中国古代的传统球类运动，被认为是现代足球的起源之一。本课程将带领学员深入了解蹴鞠的历史背并亲手制作一个传统的蹴鞠球。学生们也会学习竞赛规则，并通过实际操作学习基础蹴鞠技巧，让学员亲身体验这一流传千年的运动魅力。
The Sport of Cuju
Cuju (蹴鞠) is an ancient Chinese ball game widely recognized as one of the earliest forms of modern football (soccer). This workshop provides participants with an in-depth understanding of Cuju’s historical background while crafting traditional Cuju ball using authentic materials. Students will also learn practical techniques and rules. Through hands-on experience, participants will experience the charm of this millennia-old sport.
